Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain JBoss EAP environments across development, testing, and production.
- Design, implement, and support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management processes.
- Perform middleware performance tuning, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and incident resolution to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to improve platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in middleware administration, DevOps, CI/CD automation, and enterprise application deployment.

Technical Skills
|
System Administration, DevOps, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Linux, Shell Scripting, Middleware Administration, Performance Monitoring

Business / Domain Skills
|
Infrastructure Operations, Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Process Improvement, Cross-functional Collaboration

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and DevOps environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and system administration skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Agile or enterprise environments.
