Summary
Role: Data Modeler
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week Onsite)
Employment Type: W2 Only

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data models supporting regulatory reporting, risk management, customer analytics, lending, deposits, and other banking initiatives.
<>Required Skills- 8+ years of Data Modeling experience in Banking/Financial Services
- Strong expertise in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling
- Hands-on experience with ERwin, ER Studio, SAP PowerDesigner, or IBM Data Architect
- Strong SQL experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Teradata
- Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT Processes, and Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema)
- Strong knowledge of Banking Data Domains:
- Loans & Mortgages
- Deposits
- Customer Information Management
- Payments & Transactions
- Risk & Compliance
- Regulatory Reporting
- Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality Frameworks
- Regulatory Reporting: FR Y-14, Basel III, CCAR, CECL, AML, BCBS 239
- Informatica, Collibra, Alation
- Spark, Hadoop, and Cloud Data Warehousing
- Banking Modernization and Data Migration Projects
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills
- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
