  • Strong experience in developer-led test infrastructure and automation-framework development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing automation strategies and reusable testing patterns.
  • Hands-on experience supporting quality across full-stack applications, APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
  • Prior experience working with healthcare insurance applications and business processes is required.
  • Experience testing conversational AI, generative AI, or agentic AI applications is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test infrastructure and custom automation frameworks.
  • Build reusable automation components, libraries, utilities, fixtures, test-data solutions, and common validation services.
  • Define and implement automation strategies across web applications, APIs, backend services, microservices, and integration layers.
  • Develop automated tests using TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Create comprehensive functional, regression, integration, API, backend, and end-to-end automated test suites.
  • Design testing solutions for conversational AI, generative AI, and agentic AI applications.
  • Validate multi-turn conversations, context retention, session persistence, intent recognition, agent workflows, tool calling, function execution, and failure-recovery scenarios.
  • Test AI application behavior across expected, unexpected, ambiguous, and edge-case inputs.
  • Validate API requests and responses, authentication, payloads, schemas, status codes, business rules, error handling, and downstream integrations.
  • Develop mocks, stubs, test fixtures, and service-virtualization solutions for dependent systems.
  • Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, log analysis, and troubleshooting of application, test, environment, and integration failures.
  • Identify and resolve flaky tests, automation bottlenecks, and framework-maintainability issues.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish appropriate quality gates.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and healthcare-domain stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into maintainable automated test scenarios.
  • Participate in automation code reviews, technical design discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release-quality assessments.

Healthcare Insurance Domain Responsibilities

  • Translate healthcare insurance rules and business requirements into automated test scenarios.
  • Design automated validations for benefit plans, coverage rules, accumulators, member eligibility, provider information, claims processing, and payment workflows.
  • Test data exchanges and integrations between healthcare insurance platforms, APIs, databases, and downstream applications.
  • Validate the accuracy and consistency of healthcare information across user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and databases.
  • Collaborate with healthcare business and technology teams to identify critical scenarios, dependencies, quality risks, and edge cases.
