Understanding of Business Processes, UX Design, and Application Development

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
Analyze current business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Evaluate existing systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Design solutions including workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
Define system scope and objectives aligned with user needs and business processes.
Serve as the bridge between non-technical business users and technical teams.
Develop test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free from defects.
Document systems, processes, and enhancements for reference.
Provide training and troubleshooting support for end-users.
Lead initiatives to improve internal business processes and outcomes.
Identify system constraints and assess implications of proposed changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Jira, XRAY, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Power Query.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
