You will serve as the creative lead for the email channel, transforming complex briefs into visually stunning, conversion-driven designs that resonate with diverse audiences. responsibilities:

Creative Execution: Conceptualize and design high-impact marketing and transactional emails that adhere to strict brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of the medium.

Strategic Translation: Distill creative briefs and copy decks into cohesive visual stories, ensuring all designs align with broader campaign goals and user journey objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between copywriters, developers, and CRM managers to ensure seamless execution from initial concept to final deployment.

Technical Preparation: Deliver production-ready Figma files and comprehensive design specifications that account for technical variables and developer handoffs.

Systems Thinking: Design and maintain modular email templates and component libraries to increase production efficiency and brand consistency.

qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Designer with a heavy focus on digital marketing, specifically within the email and CRM space.Figma Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including the use of auto-layout, components, and design systems.Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of email-specific design constraints, such as dark mode rendering, image blocking, file weight optimization, and $HTML/CSS$ compatibility.Platform Expertise: Direct experience designing for modular systems within enterprise-level ESPs, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Accessibility Standards: Strong commitment to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), ensuring all email designs are inclusive and readable across all devices and screen readers.Detail Orientation: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an eagle eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.
