We're looking for an experienced SAS platform consultant who has successfully installed, configured, upgraded, and migrated SAS 9.4 environments in enterprise settings.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on SAS 9.4 platform administration experience
- Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting SAS 9.4 environments (9.4M8 preferred)
- Proven experience performing SAS platform migrations in enterprise environments
- Experience migrating SAS Metadata, libraries, users, datasets, projects, and applications
- Strong knowledge of SAS Metadata Server, Enterprise Guide, SAS/Access, and platform configuration
- Experience applying SAS hot fixes, patches, and performing post-installation validation
- Experience migrating enterprise applications from on-premises infrastructure to AWS
- Strong AWS infrastructure experience, including EC2, storage, networking, and server provisioning
- Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration experience
- Experience managing file systems, permissions, batch scheduling, and server migrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, operating systems, and SAS platform components
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

In this role, you will:
- Install, configure, and validate new SAS 9.4M8 environments
- Lead migration activities from on-premises infrastructure into AWS
- Migrate SAS metadata, users, libraries, datasets, and platform assets
- Configure and troubleshoot SAS platform services and infrastructure
- Perform post-migration validation and production readiness testing
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Linux, AWS, and SAS environments
- Develop migration plans, technical documentation, and implementation guides
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production cutover activities
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal technical teams
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle
