Applied AI Engineer

job summary:

We are seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to drive enterprise-level AI solutions across multiple departments, focusing on workflow optimization and intelligent system development.

responsibilities:

• Develop AI-powered solutions for finance, marketing, and sales teams
• Build agent systems using MCP servers
• Integrate third-party LLMs from Open AI, Anthropic, and Google
• Create workflows that solve complex enterprise problems
• Work with text and numerical data
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies

qualifications:

8-12 years of software engineering experience; ideally in Python

1-2 years of recent LLM and AI technology experience

Strong understanding of traditional enterprise systems

Proficiency in AI integration and workflow design

Experience with agent-to-agent protocols

Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who can build solutions independently, is not reliant on being hand-held, and can effectively communicate and resolve issues.

Proven capacity to work dynamically across different teams and move seamlessly across multiple projects.
