Salesforce Developer

Hiring: Salesforce Developer - W2 only
Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite
Duration: Long Term

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise delivery team and work on large-scale enterprise implementations.

Mandatory Certifications (Non-Negotiable):
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer II

Key Technical Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- React and/or Angular front-end integration experience.
- REST API development and integration.
- Asynchronous processing: Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods.
- Salesforce debugging and performance optimization.
- Enterprise integration experience (MuleSoft or equivalent).
- Experience working with enterprise customers and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Communications Cloud experience or certification.
- MuleSoft experience.
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Experience with Agentforce, Claude Code, or other AI-assisted development tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
