responsibilities:
Backend Developer
- Primary Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and AWS .
- Key Sourcing Criteria:
- The entire backend ecosystem runs strictly on Spring; candidates must have deep, hands-on Spring expertise
- Experience Level: Senior/lead level of competence . More experienced candidates are preferred because they possess the comfort level required to switch contexts rapidly.
- Adaptability & Context-Switching: This is the #1 non-technical requirement . Because they will pivot to different teams and codebases every few months, they must be highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional communication is mandatory. They will interact with new stakeholders, tech leads, and developers on a regular basis.
qualifications:
Languages: Java 11/17+
Frameworks: Spring (Boot, Security, Cloud, Data), Microservices architecture.
Tools: Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions (CI/CD).
Cloud/Data: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
