Job Description:

  • The Workday project involves implementing confidential job requisitions and candidate functionality within Workday Recruiting.
  • The resource will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
  • They will also be configuring and optimizing business processes, security frameworks, document templates, and notifications to support confidential hiring needs while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

  • We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
  • Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting, specifically with confidential requisitions and candidate configurations
  • Deep experience with Workday business process framework and notification configuration
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security (domain, business process, and user-based security)
  • Proven experience supporting Workday implementations or enhancements in recruiting modules
  • Ability to work independently and partner effectively with HR and technical teams
