Job Role: Workday Recruitment Consultant
Location: Remote - EST time zone
No C2C Only W2
Job Description:
- The Workday project involves implementing confidential job requisitions and candidate functionality within Workday Recruiting.
- The resource will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- They will also be configuring and optimizing business processes, security frameworks, document templates, and notifications to support confidential hiring needs while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Desired Qualifications:
- We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting, specifically with confidential requisitions and candidate configurations
- Deep experience with Workday business process framework and notification configuration
- Strong knowledge of Workday security (domain, business process, and user-based security)
- Proven experience supporting Workday implementations or enhancements in recruiting modules
- Ability to work independently and partner effectively with HR and technical teams
