We are on the lookout for a dynamic HR Technology Leader with expertise in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. Step into this senior role to drive innovation in HR processes and deliver seamless employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules to enhance HR operations.
- Lead the deployment of global Absence and Time solutions ensuring smooth implementation and compliance.
- Transform business strategies and labor rules into scalable and effective system solutions.
- Guide and support HR Technology Analysts with configuration, testing, and deployment, maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex payroll and time tracking issues.
- Promote user-focused design principles and manage testing cycles for system updates.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR Technology, specializing in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Proven proficiency in Workday configuration and deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in payroll and time valuation.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities, fostering collaborative environments.
Preferred Skills
- Workday Pro certification is advantageous.
- Experience with Workday Scheduling module is beneficial.
- Knowledge of union rules, shift differentials, and complex payroll components.
- Ability to effectively lead and mentor team members.
