Working with staff and customers, you'll determine system requirements and ensure timely service delivery as well as analyze information and/or technology needs of the customer and initiate design, planning, implementation or operations processes necessary to fulfill those needs. We'll rely on you to seek out learning opportunities to expand knowledge of IT concepts, processes and procedures, and to improve customer service. You'll work with team members to establish measurements, monitor performance, establish processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, network reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
What you bring to the table:- A Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent experience plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a high-tech environment.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in network administration, system administration, and IT support.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices.
