Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role offers an opportunity to manage and support critical IT systems, ensuring their reliability and security. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in server management and end-user support, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
Perform regular backups and implement system updates, including OS patches and antivirus solutions.
Administer basic network configurations and ensure connectivity for internal and external systems.
Support telecom systems and contribute to their ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with leadership to identify technology improvements and implement best practices.
Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues for end users efficiently.
Optimize system performance and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Document IT processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or related IT roles.
Proficiency in Windows Server environments
Hands-on experience with VMware
Strong knowledge of M365 administration.
Familiarity with Active Directory/ EntraID.
Practical experience with desktop support and troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
