Seeking an experienced Anaplan Tester to support BAU, functional, and regression testing across Workforce Planning, P&L, and Balance Sheet models.

Responsibilities

• Test Anaplan Workforce Planning, P&L, and Balance Sheet models.
• Validate headcount, FTE, payroll, actuals, forecasts, and plans.
• Verify financial calculations, allocations, accruals, reserves, and variances.
• Test dashboards, reports, and cross-model data consistency.
• Perform end-to-end validation across Hub-and-Spoke models.
• Log defects, retest fixes, and maintain test evidence.
• Support monthly BAU cycles and post-deployment validation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Anaplan testing experience.
• Experience testing P&L and Balance Sheet logic.
• Strong knowledge of Workforce Planning and financial statements.
• Strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model.
