10+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning development
2+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field
Equivalent industry experience with proven AI platform delivery may substitute formal education

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement natural language to code generation pipelines
Build LLM orchestration layers including prompt chaining, context injection, and memory frameworks
Optimize AI outputs for code quality, correctness, maintainability, and security
Implement AI-based refactoring, explanation, and automated documentation capabilities
Integrate multiple LLM providers and design fallback and optimization strategies
Develop AI testing, evaluation, benchmarking, and scoring frameworks
Work closely with platform engineering teams to productionize AI services
Contribute to architecture decisions under CTO technical leadership

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs, or similar platforms)
Deep expertise in prompt engineering and multi-step AI reasoning workflows
Strong backend development skills using Python or Node.js
Experience building scalable AI microservices and distributed systems
Understanding of compiler concepts, abstract syntax trees (ASTs), or code analysis methodologies
Experience building and deploying production-grade AI platforms
Strong knowledge of API design, system scalability, and performance optimization

Nice to Have

Experience working with AI-based code generation or developer productivity platforms
Hands-on experience with vector databases and embeddings (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
Exposure to static analysis, developer tooling, or software quality frameworks
Experience with Kubernetes, containerized AI deployment, and MLOps pipelines
Contributions to open-source AI or developer tooling projects
