- Experience with VTC Systems:
- Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting systems such as Poly (Polycom), Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and Zoom Rooms.
- Familiarity with legacy systems like Poly Group Series and new systems like Microsoft Surface Hub and Cisco Boards.
- Network Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SIP, H.323, RTP).
- Experience with VLANs, QoS, and firewall configurations for VTC.
- System Integration and Administration:
