Agiloft Developer Lead

We're Hiring: Agiloft Developer Lead

Location: Alameda, CA – Onsite or Hybrid (4 days/week onsite) OR Remote 
Employment Type: Full-Time (Priority) / C2C
‍ Experience: 7–15 years of overall IT experience

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Agiloft CLM

• 3+ years of Agiloft configuration experience, including Tables, Fields, Forms, and Knowledge Bases

Key Technical Skills

• Agiloft configuration, workflow design, business rules, and automation

• JavaScript / Agiloft scripting

• REST APIs, SOAP, and enterprise application integrations

• SQL, relational databases, and data modeling

• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): drafting, approvals, and renewals

• Workflow troubleshooting, performance tuning, and role-based access control

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Agiloft CLM solutions.

• Build automated workflows, approval processes, notifications, and escalation rules.

• Integrate Agiloft with enterprise applications such as SAP and Salesforce.

• Customize forms, user interfaces, and reports.

• Troubleshoot integrations and optimize workflow performance.

• Collaborate with business, legal, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.
