We are seeking a Sr GTM Data & AI Operations Analyst to drive critical initiatives in Salesforce (SFDC) data quality, account hierarchies, and contact data management globally. This is an individual contributor role with strong technical execution and regional leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
· Execute regional data quality initiatives for SFDC including account hierarchies, contacts, deduplication, and clean-up /reconstruction for APJ, Japan, and LATAM
· Implement and enforce data standards for parent-child relationships, account structures, and data governance policies within assigned regions
· Deploy and manage AI agents and automation workflows to scale data cleansing and enrichment while improving data accuracy
· Build and maintain regional data pipelines, identify tools and emerging technologies, and establish QA processes and performance tracking
· Execute enrichment strategy leveraging providers such as Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights to expand coverage
· Coordinate with regional and offshore teams to deliver consistent, high-quality data improvements
· Execute cross-functional regional data programs with defined KPIs, milestones, and visibility to stakeholders
· Partner closely with regional Sales, Sales Operations, RevOps teams to understand data requirements, validate hierarchy logic, and drive adoption of data standards
· Communicate regional data quality insights and recommendations to Sales and GTM leadership through clear presentations and reports
· Build and maintain processes to ensure clean data creation at the point of entry and monitor regional data health metrics
· Ensure data readiness for territory carving, account segmentation, and regional GTM planning initiatives
· Manage vendor relationships and monitor regional data quality benchmarks

What you bring Required
· 6+ years of experience in data quality, governance, or data operations in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
· 3+ years of hands-on experience managing data quality initiatives
· 1+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven data quality, automation solutions, or intelligent data processing
· Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including account hierarchies, contact models, and global account structures Experience executing large-scale data cleanup, transformation, or governance initiatives in SaaS GTM environments
· Proficiency with SQL , Python , Demand Tools and data preparation tools (Alteryx or similar)
· Experience with enrichment platforms (Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, HG Insights) and firmographic/technographic datasets
· Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present data insights to regional leadership
· Proven track record of effectively collaborating with Sales, Sales Operations, and cross-functional regional business partners
Preferred
· Experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM systems
· Background in data governance frameworks and data quality best practices
· Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
· Advanced experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LLMs, GPT-based solutions) for data enrichment and automation
· Experience with advanced analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
· Experience supporting multiple global regions with diverse data structures and requirements
