Summary

Part-Time Talent Sourcing Account Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our growing IT staff augmentation operations. This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) will primarily focus on identifying, sourcing, screening, and organizing candidates for a wide range of technology positions.

Working closely with leadership and recruiting stakeholders, this individual will help build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical professionals to support federal, enterprise, and commercial client engagements. When sourcing operations are running efficiently and candidate pipelines are well-maintained, this role will also support light website updates and serve as a liaison for select website clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate sourcing across job boards (e.g., Dice.com), resume databases, and professional networks for IT roles including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, Security Engineers, and Agile roles
  • Construct screener questionnaires to streamline requirements gathering
  • Organize candidate submissions for quick recall and analytics tracking
  • Review resumes and candidate profiles to evaluate technical experience, certifications, and alignment with role requirements
  • Verify candidate eligibility for U.S. employment and federal contract requirements (citizenship, clearance eligibility, etc.)
  • Perform initial candidate outreach to confirm qualifications, interest, availability, and compensation expectations
  • Maintain and organize candidate pipelines and submission-ready profiles
  • Prepare candidate summaries for hiring managers and clients
  • Track candidate communications and engagement status
  • Support long-term talent pipeline development across IT disciplines
  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on sourcing performance
  • Support recruiting operations and workforce development initiatives
  • Ensure confidentiality of candidate data and PII
  • Recommend and implement process improvements

Support Activities

  • Perform small website updates (e.g., content edits, image swaps, basic layout adjustments) across client sites
  • Serve as a point of contact for website clients to gather requests, clarify needs, and communicate updates
  • Coordinate with internal or external developers/designers for larger updates when needed
  • Track and manage incoming website requests to ensure timely completion
  • Help maintain organized documentation of client websites, credentials, and update history
  • Provide a high-touch, responsive experience to website owners as an account liaison

  • Experience with website platforms (WordPress, CMS tools, etc.) is a plus but not required
  • Experience sourcing or recruiting technical candidates preferred
