Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with experience integrating enterprise applications and building reporting solutions. Experience with Dynamics 365 and financial reporting is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with experience integrating enterprise applications and building reporting solutions. Experience with Dynamics 365 and financial reporting is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to support business processes.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party applications.
- Develop reusable components, custom connectors, and Power Platform best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
- Optimize Power BI data models and improve report performance.
- Support governance, security, and deployment strategies across the Power Platform environment.
- Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and reporting issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Strong experience developing solutions using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Strong experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), and report optimization.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with:
- Azure Services
- SQL Server
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Dataverse
- REST APIs
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and solution lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform ALM and deployment processes.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, or custom connectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or CE).
- Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting-related analytics.
- Experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft Power Platform and/or Power BI certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
