Sales Force Developer

Introduction:

The Sales Force Developer will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. They will design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support, provide technical leadership to the development team, and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.
Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems.
Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing.
Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts.
Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement.
Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions.
Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions.
Design and document technical solutions aligned with client''s business objectives.
Translate functional requirements into design documents and solutions best leveraging Salesforce platform.
Provide estimates of effort for implementing solutions.
Participate in troubleshooting client support activities and liaising directly with clients.

Requirements:

14+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Advanced Apex programming skills.
Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce.
Experience with REST/SOAP and Bulk APIs.
Knowledge of Agile processes.

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Lightning & LWC Knowledge Platform Developer 1 Certification and Platform Developer 2 Certification is Mandatory.
