The Identity Governance Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and ongoing operations of the organization's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program. This role oversees the lifecycle management of digital identities, access certifications, role management, and compliance reporting using modern IGA platforms such as Saviynt.

- Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IGA solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security requirements
- Managing identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows across enterprise applications and systems
- Overseeing access certification campaigns, ensuring timely completion and appropriate remediation of access violations
- Defining and maintain the enterprise role model, including role mining, engineering, and ongoing optimization
- Partnering with application owners to onboard systems into the IGA platform, establishing connectors, entitlement catalogs, and governance policies
- Developing and enforcing segregation of duties (SoD) policies and access request approval workflows
- Providing operational metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting on program health, compliance posture, and risk indicators
- Collaborating with Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams to support regulatory requirements and audit activities
- Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with implementation partners on platform enhancements and roadmap execution
- Leading and mentoring a team of IGA analysts and engineers, fostering professional development and operational excellence

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, this position requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or technology field (completed and verified prior to start)
- Seven (7) years of experience in IT or security, with three (3) years focused on identity governance in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering enterprise IGA platforms; Saviynt experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, and access certification processes
- Experience integrating IGA platforms with enterprise systems including HR sources, Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and SaaS applications
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or NIST
- Saviynt certification or relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM)
- Experience with API-based integrations and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Java)
- Familiarity with PAM, SSO, and MFA technologies
- Background in managing cross-functional projects and vendor engagements
- Experience in large enterprise environments with complex hybrid infrastructure
Work location:
- This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in Austin, TX.
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Relocation: May be authorized
