Summary

Title: IT Support Specialist

Duration: 12+ month Contract to Hire

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite daily)

Client: Netskope

Job Description 

Each quarter you will own onsite IT for all-hands week. That covers AV and event support, conference rooms and Zoom Rooms, badge creation, and standing up desktop support for attendees. You will also handle provisioning and hardware refresh work, swapping out and upgrading equipment while you are onsite.

Requirements:-

Hands-on AV and event support for all-hands, town halls, or large corporate meetings

Experience setting up and troubleshooting Zoom Rooms and conference room systems

Desktop support and device provisioning across macOS and Windows

Hardware swaps, upgrades, and equipment refresh experience

Comfortable supporting executives in high-visibility, live settings

Polished, professional communication and executive presence

Nice to Have:-

Badge or access system experience

Familiarity with Okta, MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune), and Google Workspace
