Position: Field Service Representative II
Location: US - Remote (Pittsburgh, PA)

Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hrs/Wk - Monday through Friday with ability to work weekends when required.

The Field Service Representative II is the direct implementation of customer required on-site field services related to CCC activated carbon product, equipment, and service offerings. The Field Service Representative II is a part of CCC's customer support and service value proposition by contractual obligation. The Field Service Representative II is capable of performing activated carbon and media related field service work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Scheduling and coordination with customer and other CCC internal departments of the daily on-site activities using FSWO database and work process
  • Carbon adsorption equipment start-up and customer training on proper use through O&M manual and work process
  • Carbon adsorption equipment installation and removal
  • Carbon adsorption equipment maintenance, inspection, repair and troubleshooting
  • Carbon and other media removal and installation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Candidate must successfully obtain during the pre-employment physical) is required
  • Driver's License is required
  • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER (Candidate must be successfully completed within 3-months of hire date) is required
  • TWIC - Transportation Work Identification Credential (Candidate must successfully obtain within 3-months of hire date) is required
  • 3-5 years experience in the carbon treatment industry or related/similar fields is required
  • 3-5 years mechanical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical systems; hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving/repairing technical and mechanical issues is required
  • Confined Space Certification (Candidate must successfully complete training within 3 monthof hire date) is preferred
  • HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification (Candidate must successfully complete training within 3 monthof hire date) is preferred
  • Three years minimum work experience on related job or industry is preferred
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (Candidate must successfully obtain within 3 month of hire date) is preferred
