An esteemed AmLaw 100 firm is actively seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our insurance defense team, you will be instrumental in handling complex insurance defense matters, civil litigation, motor vehicle, and liability cases. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Representing our clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation.
2. Handling a diverse caseload involving motor vehicle accidents, general liability, and other insurance-related matters.
3. Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case strategies.
4. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure the best possible defense for our clients.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to insurance defense.
7. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients regarding potential or existing insurance defense cases.
8. Participating in firm development and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 1 years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, motor vehicle, and liability cases.
3. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in insurance defense matters.
5. Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
9. A high level of professional integrity and ethics.
