Job Title: SAP Basis, GRC & Security Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis, GRC & Security Specialist to manage the technical infrastructure, system performance, and security of our SAP environment. This role combines system administration, compliance management, and user security to ensure reliable and secure SAP operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer SAP systems (ECC/S4HANA) including installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and transport management.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure high availability, backups, disaster recovery, and system optimization.
- Implement and maintain SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Risk Management, Process Control).
- Manage user authorizations, role design, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance audits.
- Enforce security policies, monitor for vulnerabilities, and remediate security incidents.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure SAP systems meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP Basis administration for ECC/S4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC and SAP Security.
- Expertise in role design, user provisioning, SoD remediation, and access control.
- Familiarity with database management (Oracle, HANA, SQL Server) and OS platforms (Unix/Linux/Windows).
- Experience with system upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in Basis, Security, or GRC.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP environments (AWS, Azure, or SAP Cloud).
- Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
