Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Analyst to support the integrity, governance, and continuous improvement of master data across SAP. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, IT) to ensure high-quality data that enables operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring 3 5 years of SAP Master Data experience and strong hands-on experience with Windchill Shuttle for data loads, migration, and automation including working with templates, validation rules, and repeatable processes to improve speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Master Data Management
Create, maintain, and validate master data in SAP (e.g., Material Master, BOM, Vendor, Customer, Pricing/Condition Records, Plant/Storage Locations, etc., depending on scope).
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards (naming conventions, hierarchy rules, required fields, workflows).
Execute change requests and support master data lifecycle activities (new part introductions, changes, extensions, discontinuations).
Windchill Shuttle Automation & Data Loads
Use Windchill Shuttle to perform data uploads, migrations, and bulk updates, ensuring proper mapping and adherence to defined data standards.
Build and maintain repeatable upload processes (templates, validations, error handling, QA checks).
Partner with Engineering / PLM teams to improve automation and integration between Windchill and SAP workflows.
Data Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Perform ongoing data audits, root-cause analysis, and remediation of data issues impacting planning, purchasing, manufacturing, or reporting.
Develop and document SOPs, data standards, and training materials to support consistent master data practices.
Support process improvement initiatives to reduce rework, improve first-time-right data entry, and streamline master data workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key point of contact for master data questions, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Work closely with business stakeholders and IT to support enhancements, integrations, and system changes impacting master data.
Coordinate with business teams to ensure master data supports downstream systems and reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications:
3 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data (Material Master preferred; other domains acceptable based on business need).
Hands-on experience using Windchill Shuttle for automation, data loads, and/or migrations.
Working knowledge of SAP master data structures, dependencies, and common transaction/process flows.
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage high volumes of data changes accurately.
Experience working with data governance, data quality, validation, and documentation/SOP creation.
Proficiency in Excel (filters, formulas, pivots; advanced skills a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA master data processes.
Knowledge of PLM-to-ERP integration concepts (Windchill SAP), change management, and NPI processes.
Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Winshuttle, LSMW, MDG, Data Services, or other mass maintenance utilities).
Experience with BOM management, classification, units of measure, engineering change processes, or manufacturing planning.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical data issues into business impact.

About the Role
Seeking an ActiveMQ Engineer with 3 5 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance enterprise messaging solutions and integrations across distributed systems and AS/400 (IBM i) environments. This role focuses on maintaining reliable message transport, ensuring performance and stability, and enabling secure, scalable integrations between legacy platforms and modern applications.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support Apache ActiveMQ environments (standalone and/or clustered/HA configurations).
Monitor message flows, queues/topics, broker health, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve messaging incidents.
Design and implement messaging patterns for application integration (point-to-point, pub/sub, request/reply).
Support integrations involving AS/400 (IBM i) applications and downstream/upstream systems.
Partner with application teams to onboard new producers/consumers and ensure message contracts, routing, and retention align to standards.
Tune brokers for throughput and reliability (memory limits, store usage, consumer prefetch, persistence strategies, redelivery policies).
Implement and maintain security controls (authentication/authorization, TLS certificates, access policies).
Create and maintain documentation: runbooks, operational procedures, message flow diagrams, and integration standards.
Participate in on-call rotation and perform root-cause analysis; recommend preventive measures and improvements.
Collaborate with infrastructure/DevOps teams on deployments, upgrades, patching, and environment automation (where applicable).
Required Qualifications
3 5 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging platforms, with significant hands-on work in Apache ActiveMQ.
Experience with AS/400 (IBM i) systems, including integration concepts and common interface patterns.
Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed environments (latency, message backlogs, connection issues, failover behavior).
Proficiency in messaging concepts and protocols (e.g., JMS, and/or AMQP/STOMP depending on environment).
Experience with Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.) for operations/automation.
Understanding of message persistence, broker storage, and performance tuning best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control (Git), plus general release management practices.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document solutions thoroughly.
