Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Technical Sourcer to partner with recruiters and business leaders in hiring for technical teams. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of the organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of disciplines. As the organization pushes the boundaries of AI research and development, this role will help build world-class teams dedicated to creating beneficial AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume.
- Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, and required skills and qualifications.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, and workplace trends.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience sourcing top technical talent, including in-house experience, particularly for product engineering, infrastructure, or AI/ML teams.
- Demonstrated success in filling engineering leadership and high-level technical individual contributor positions.
- Experience working on high-volume or evergreen pipelines.
- Proven skill in taking an inclusive and equitable approach to hiring.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate with autonomy.
- Experience implementing novel and creative pipeline-building strategies.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem.

- A proven track record of scaling and building diverse teams in a high-growth startup environment.
