Job Title: Senior Technical Writer – Blockchain & Capital Markets
Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite)

Job Summary:

A detail-oriented and highly collaborative Technical Writer to support our cross-functional engineering and product teams. This role will be instrumental in documenting complex systems and processes across blockchain development, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with specific knowledge of corporate actions and collateral management workflows.
Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation for internal and external audiences, including system architecture overviews, API documentation, user guides, onboarding materials, and compliance process documentation.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible documentation.
Document workflows and data flows related to corporate actions processing and collateral lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and clarity for diverse stakeholders.
Maintain documentation repositories, enforce version control best practices, and ensure documentation accessibility and discoverability.
Contribute to developing knowledge bases and training materials for new platform features and services to enhance internal and external user enablement

Mandatory skills:

Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation for internal and external audiences, including system architecture overviews, API documentation, user guides, onboarding materials, and compliance process documentation.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible documentation.
Document workflows and data flows related to corporate actions processing and collateral lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and clarity for diverse stakeholders.
Maintain documentation repositories, enforce version control best practices, and ensure documentation accessibility and discoverability.
Contribute to developing knowledge bases and training materials for new platform features and services to enhance internal and external user enablement

Desired skills:

5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within financial services or fintech domains.
Strong understanding of capital markets infrastructure, especially corporate actions, collateral management, and post-trade processing.
Familiarity with blockchain concepts, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and microservices architectures.
Proven experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and structured manner.
