Summary

Job Description :

Oversee SAP and related environments to ensure availability, consistency, and readiness for development, testing, and deployment.
Manage dual-maintenance of BAU and project systems during SAP implementations, ensuring alignment and synchronization.
Plan and enforce soft and hard environment freezes to maintain stability during critical project phases.
Coordinate environment refreshes, data readiness, and system copies to support testing and training.
Identify and mitigate environment-related risks and conflicts across teams and timelines.
Lead disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure rapid recovery and business continuity.
Establish governance and best practices for environment lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align environment needs with project and operational goals.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience managing SAP environments in large enterprise settings.
Strong understanding of environment lifecycle, system refreshes, and SAP transport processes.
Experience with dual-maintenance and freeze coordination during SAP projects.
Demonstrated leadership in disaster recovery planning and execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
