We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a multi-talented individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our facilities, ensuring all equipment is functional and safe, and creating a comfortable environment for our staff and clients. This role is not just about fixing things; it's about ensuring our facilities are always at their best, providing a first-class experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Carry out all necessary maintenance and repairs in areas such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Maintain the grounds, including landscaping and snow removal tasks, ensuring they are safe and well-kept.
• Monitor security systems, responding to any alerts or issues promptly.
• Assist with general construction projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard.
• Handle equipment maintenance, ensuring all machinery is in good working order.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role, with a strong background in carpentry, painting, plumbing repair, preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, groundskeeping, landscaping, equipment maintenance, snow removal, security monitoring, general construction, and facility inspections.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
• Strong physical condition, capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and performing a variety of physical tasks.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A valid driver's license.
