Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role will define enterprise architecture strategy, guide implementation teams, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
- Define and lead enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategy
- Design end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations
- Architect scalable data models, security frameworks, and system integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices across projects
- Lead integration design with ERP, legacy systems, APIs, and middleware
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met
- Mentor development teams and conduct architecture/design reviews
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertise
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex, Lightning, LWC
- Salesforce APIs & integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Data modeling & governance
- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience in AI / Data Cloud / Agentforce (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder communication & leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (CTA / Application Architect / System Architect preferred)
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe)
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformations
