Role:Effective delivery of the capabilities to the Supply Chain Central Digital & Business Units that create value driven by Data, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Digital Solutions strategies. Articulate with Business Partners the 3E business value, measurement of return on investment, and realization of business outcomes. They will own and manage total cost of ownership, including cloud, data consumption and spend on vendors and services throughout product life cycle.
- Partners with Central & Business Unit Digital Leadership Teams and Business Units prioritizing investments.
- Influence and shape the MedTech Data, AI & Digital product strategy.
- Owns unified Delivery of technology capabilities. Drive Speed to Value.
- Responsible for establishing a cadence of updates on the progress product capabilities, support and Total Cost of Ownership.
- Provide development estimates, understand and be able to articulate how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements.
- TS and External vendor partnership to ensure appropriate resourcing to deliver on time/budget.
- Lead multiple cross digital MedTech self-organized execution teams.
- Ownership of upkeep of Digital Solutions Products in key systems of record: Nexus with Planisware & QuickBase Portfolio Management processes and coordination
Business IT interfaceRepresent MedTech Data & AI with key Supply Chain stakeholders. Work across the Segment / Senior Site business leaders to set/influence MedTech supply chain strategy and ensure strategic alignment and partnership. Collaborates with supply chain business functions (Deliver, Plan, Make, Procurement) to shape and deliver e2e business capabilities while ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure products.
- Coach business and technical product owners on High Performing Teams (HPT) to ensure consistency across the products
- Supports Business adoption strategies and addresses customer feedback
- Single Point of Contact for the SC Center & Business Unit Digital leaders
- Communicates effectively and proactively with Sponsors, Leadership and cross -functional teams.
- Collaborates Across JJT, TS, PLs, Commercial, R&D, ISRM to drive outcomes
- Ensures that SLAs are properly defined, aligned, and met.
- Partners with Digital Business Teams on joined strategic OKR's.
- Responsible for continuous process improvement, clear HPT Squad R&R and technology to support
Business Process Improvement- Leverage CPI output for process challenges
- Is able to conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-processes with BPM and BPO.
- Communicate the technology vision to key customers
Identifies metrics, builds & tracks dashboards to measure process improvement

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
