Job Description:

Job Overview: We are looking for a senior-level security professional with strong experience in Privileged Access Management and endpoint privilege governance to support the enhancement of an enterprise access security environment. This role will focus on reviewing the current setup, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping drive a more mature and scalable security framework.

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust technologies and privileged access solutions
• Background in PAM architecture, endpoint security, or enterprise security engineering
• Experience implementing least privilege, privilege elevation, and application control strategies
• Familiarity with security governance, compliance requirements, and audit controls
• Ability to assess existing environments and recommend scalable security improvements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within large enterprise or highly regulated environments
• Exposure to zero trust or identity security initiatives
• Familiarity with security monitoring, reporting, and operational process optimization
• Consulting or advisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assess the existing privileged access and endpoint privilege management environment and recommend improvements
• Design and enhance least privilege and controlled elevation strategies across enterprise systems
• Strengthen application control processes including software allowlisting and execution governance
• Review current policies, standards, and operational workflows to improve consistency and security posture
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline access management, approvals, and audit readiness
• Improve visibility through enhanced logging, reporting, and compliance-focused controls
• Provide guidance on best practices related to PAM, endpoint security, and zero trust initiatives
• Create documentation, implementation recommendations, and future-state roadmaps
