The Role – Salesforce Developer (Hybrid | San Antonio, TX)
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions within a Nonprofit Cloud environment. This role partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
Location requirement: Candidates must currently reside in the San Antonio, TX area. Hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Support testing, deployments, and code reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Maintain documentation and follow best practices for security and performance
Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and certifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP)
Understanding of Salesforce administration fundamentals
Experience with source control and Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
CI/CD and DevOps exposure
BOOMI, Copado, or similar tools
Additional Salesforce certifications (PD II, Architect-level certs a plus)
