The Role – Salesforce Developer (Hybrid | San Antonio, TX)

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions within a Nonprofit Cloud environment. This role partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.

Location requirement: Candidates must currently reside in the San Antonio, TX area. Hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

• Support testing, deployments, and code reviews

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions

• Maintain documentation and follow best practices for security and performance

• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and certifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript

• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP)

• Understanding of Salesforce administration fundamentals

• Experience with source control and Agile methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

• CI/CD and DevOps exposure

• BOOMI, Copado, or similar tools

• Additional Salesforce certifications (PD II, Architect-level certs a plus)
