The Work
Here at Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business in Moorestown, NJ we are responsible for integrating, testing, and demonstrating some of our customers most complex systems. As the Engineer in our System Integration and Test (SI&T) department, you will be a part of the team responsible for high level system design, system test planning and test execution for our key customers, including US Navy, US Coast Guard, US Missile Defense Agency, US Air Force, and international customers.
In this position, the successful candidate will experience responsibilities in one or more of the following domains:
System-level integration of software and hardware components to verify system requirements in a lab and end-user environment
Data analysis to evaluate, document, troubleshoot, and correct system/subsystem anomalies found during scenario testing
Test Procedures and Test Reports to verify requirements
Program technical leadership and functional management to meet cost, schedule and technical performance objectives
Work in a collaborative environment on one or more of the following areas: analysis, design, modeling, simulation, integration and test.
Interface with the customer in performing test and evaluation activities and work with internal software teams to isolate and fix issues as they arise for various functional areas.
Support various testing groups, waterfront installation and testing in-port or at-sea.
Domestic and International travel as required by program.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have the potential to work with our Government customers and customer representatives in all of the above tasks.

Basic Qualifications
BS Degree in Engineering or STEM field with minimum of 5 years' professional experience OR minimum of 10 years' Military related experience in lieu of Degree
Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts as the need arises by the supported program
Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the supported program
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security clearance at the SECRET level
Desired skills
Possesses a thorough understanding of Navy ship and crew environments-encompassing structure, tasking, communications, and inter-personnel relations
Well-versed in the Navy's ship testing methodology, including its approach, sequence, key milestones, and overall process
Knowledge of the Aegis Combat System (ACS) or Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS)
Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating systems
Understanding of design, continuous integration and validation of software and hardware system level components
Understanding of technical process for testing complex software systems
Experience in operations/performance analyses of complex weapon systems
Waterfront integration and test experience
System-level integration and verification of requirements
Experience working closely with the customer and/or customer representatives that include defining test plans and procedures, resolving test documentation comments, developing and coordinating test schedules, and ensuring concurrence on verified requirements
Thorough understanding of the computer program development and test processes
Demonstrated strong teamwork, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills
Experience working on one or more of the following areas: concept development; system design; performance requirements definition, development, design, modeling, simulation, integration, test; integration and test of large real-time systems; automation; analysis

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 - $172,488.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
