Proactively identify issues and recommend approaches for resolving traceability or interpretation questions.
Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance to produce accurate work products with minimal errors.
Maintain analysis and requirements documentation using Jira, Confluence, and other Freddie Mac-approved tools.
Required Qualifications

Ability to interpret and decompose detailed policy language into discrete, traceable requirements.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated attention to accuracy and data/document quality.
Experience with the Atlassian product suite, including Jira and Confluence, with exposure to or familiarity with BitBucket.
Some technical knowledge of Java and AMQ/JMS/message-driven architecture, sufficient to work effectively with systems and technology analysts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to independently manage assigned analysis through completion, proactively raise issues, and recommend resolutions.
