**Qualifications:**

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences (Ph.D. preferred).
- Proven experience in writing efficient and correct mathematical systems code.
- Proficient in Unix environments.
- Skilled in multiple programming languages and tools, such as Python, C, NumPy, Cython, SQL, and Git.
