we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Technical leadership: Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams.
Design and engineering: Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies.
Development: Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best fit approaches.
Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
AI-enablement: Apply AI driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

5 years- Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
5 years- Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments.
3 years- Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments).
2 years- Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.
