Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support planning, optimization, and performance improvement across the supply chain. The role focuses on analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and providing insights that improve demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data related to demand, inventory, sourcing, production, and distribution
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning processes
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to reduce shortages and excess stock
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics, finance, and sales teams
• Support supplier performance analysis and scorecards
• Assist in network optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and support master data management
• Prepare insights and recommendations for leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in supply chain analytics or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with forecasting and planning tools
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
• APICS / CSCP / CPIM certification
• Experience in [industry-specific supply chain]
