Summary

  • Manage the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA Wave 2 project, coordinating multiple workstreams, IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Lead project governance, manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Must have 10+ years of project management experience, SAP/ERP project management experience, multi-year project experience, and expertise in MS Project.

  • PMP certification is required. The role is primarily remote, with onsite work required one week per month in Middletown, Pennsylvania, and as needed.
