Business Analyst/ Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master with 12+ years of expertise in driving complex business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams while ensuring Agile best practices, effective Scrum execution, and successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization

• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE)

• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage

• Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards

Scrum Master / Agile Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and continuous improvement

• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, groomed backlog

• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, sprint health)

• Drive Agile maturity and support Scaled Agile / SAFe practices if applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead

• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies

• Proven experience in user story creation and backlog management

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Data)

• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills

Domain Experience (Preferred)

• Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail

• Digital Transformation / Data & Analytics programs

Certifications (Preferred)

• CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master

• CBAP / CCBA / PMI-PBA

• Agile or Product Management certifications
