Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TLM / TLP Developer with strong expertise in transaction processing, reconciliation, and transaction lifecycle management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting TLP/TLM solutions to ensure seamless end-to-end transaction processing, accurate reconciliation, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Solution Design

• Develop, enhance, and maintain TLP / TLM solutions for:
  • Transaction processing
  • Reconciliation workflows
  • Transaction lifecycle management
• Translate business requirements into:
  • Technical specifications
  • Functional designs
  • Solution architecture components
• Ensure end-to-end transaction lifecycle coverage from:
  • Trade/transaction initiation
  • Validation
  • Processing
  • Settlement
  • Reconciliation

Reconciliation & Data Integrity

• Perform:
  • Data analysis
  • Data validation
  • Reconciliation activities
• Ensure:
  • Accuracy of transaction data
  • Integrity across systems
  • Timely exception identification and resolution
• Investigate and resolve:
  • Transaction breaks
  • Reconciliation mismatches
  • Processing failures

Integration & Performance Optimization

• Integrate TLM/TLP solutions with:
  • Upstream applications
  • Downstream systems
  • Financial transaction platforms
• Optimize:
  • System performance
  • Batch processing efficiency
  • Transaction throughput
• Support production issue analysis and troubleshooting

Engineering Best Practices

• Participate in:
  • Code reviews
  • Technical design discussions
  • Quality assurance activities
• Ensure adherence to:
  • Coding standards
  • Best practices
  • Documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in transaction processing / reconciliation / TLM development
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • TLM Configuration (mandatory)
  • TLP / Transaction Lifecycle Management platforms
  • Reconciliation systems
• Experience with:
  • Financial transaction workflows
  • Settlement lifecycle processes
  • Exception management
• Strong understanding of:
  • Data validation
  • Reconciliation logic
  • Financial systems integration
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
