Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Dataflows Gen2, Power Automate, and Data Lakehouse architectures.
- Proficiency in ETL design, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M code).
- Experience with automated and RPA workflows (Power Automate required).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver automated, scalable reporting.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and access management in Microsoft Fabric/Power BI.
- Prior experience supporting ERP systems (iRely preferred) and exposure to Salesforce integration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and non-technical users.
