Our client seeks a Senior Project Manager to support various systems.
Tasks
· Project management/coordination, direction, guidance and consultation of multiple projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid agile methodologies.
· PMO support tasks such as managing action items and backlog, tracking risks and issues, preparing instructions, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, preparing and managing communication plans, assisting with process improvements, tracking resource allocation, preparing status reports, managing work plans, and serving as a liaison between business and technical partners
· Document risks and develop mitigation plans. Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Knowledge and understanding of standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's framework.
· Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works with project team and sponsor.
NOTE: WI residency required. Must be WI resident or willing to relocate at own expense. Mostly remote, but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Candidate will be required to provide their own equipment for this position. Potential weekend/on call during production outages only.

Skills Required:
· 15+ years - Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables
· 15+ years - Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing
· Team management expertise including creation, assignment, and tracking of work tasks and responsibilities
· 12+ years - Technical writing and documentation
· 10+ years - Experience using SQL, SPUFI, Platinum, File Manager, Debugger, QMF Tools or equivalent
· Experience with creation of detailed workplans using automated tools
· Application Development and Support – all phases of the systems development life cycle – supporting a CICS/DB2/COBOL/SAS/JCL Mainframe Systems
· MS Product experience (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word)
· Use of Changeman, CNTL-M, JIRA Service Management, or similar tracking mechanism in performing software management activities.
Skills Desired – A plus to have:
· 5 years - Knowledge and experience with child support system certification
· 5 years - Financial and/or Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience
· 2 years - Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification
