Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager / QA Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities across SIT and UAT phases for a subscription billing and revenue recognition integration program.
The role will lead test strategy development, test execution oversight, financial reconciliation validation, and cross-functional coordination with business and finance stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in subscription billing platforms, ASC 606 revenue recognition, ERP integrations (NetSuite preferred), and financial systems testing.

o Review and create comprehensive test cases covering integration workflows
o Develop SIT test strategy and execution plan
o Manage and prepare structured test data for integration scenarios
o Execute end-to-end integration test scenarios across Billing, RightRev, and ERP systems
o Validate financial reconciliations between systems
o Track, triage, and manage defects through resolution
o Provide daily and weekly status reports to stakeholders
o Coordinate with business users and finance teams for UAT execution
o Refine and optimize UAT test scripts based on business requirements
o Assess business and financial impact of identified defects
o Support end-to-end financial reconciliation validation
o Ensure completeness of UAT sign-offs and traceability
o Prepare and support go-live readiness documentation

o Proven experience in subscription billing systems testing
o Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
o Experience with ERP integrations (NetSuite preferred)
o Hands-on experience in financial systems testing and reconciliation validation
o Demonstrated expertise managing SIT and UAT phases
o Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
o Experience using defect tracking and test management tools
o Experience with RightRev or similar revenue automation platforms
o Background in SaaS subscription business models
o Experience in financial close or revenue accounting processes
