Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinate learning programs, faculty requirements, schedules, and delivery activities across multiple functions and locations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with program teams to address learning program needs and challenges.
- Develop and maintain presentations, documents, and communication materials to support program objectives and stakeholder decisions.
- Support initiatives that improve employee performance and strengthen organizational learning and communication capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
3–5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, learning and development, stakeholder management, or related areas.

|
Technical Skills
|
Project Management, Program Coordination, Stakeholder Management, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Presentation Development, Documentation, Communication
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience supporting enterprise learning and development programs focused on business communication and workforce development.
- Experience managing faculty coordination and delivery processes for professional learning programs.
- Experience supporting Audit & Assurance learning programs and coordinating requirements across multiple stakeholder groups and geographic locations.

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
