Responsibilities :
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for two critical enterprise AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Oversee Arize, our cloud-agnostic model observability platform that serves as the evidence layer for monitoring effectiveness, governance, and drift across both GenAI and traditional ML implementations-delivering comprehensive monitoring, diagnostics, evaluations, bias detection, and real-time anomaly detection to support model owners, developers, technology teams, and governance processes.
  • Drive ModelOp, firm's central hub for onboarding and cataloging all AI models and use cases while orchestrating digital governance workflows to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Translate business requirements into feature sets and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, actively participate in sprint ceremonies, and partner with development teams to sequence work that maximizes value delivery.
  • Manage the integration and experience between ModelOp and Arize, write product documentation and release notes, field feature requests from support channels, and provide proactive engagement with technology teams bringing AI use cases to production.

  • Maintains a prioritized backlog based on defined user value, aligning with product strategy and resource capacity; uses data and analytics to prioritize the product backlog appropriately
  • Works closely with UI/UX to set the direction for the design of the user experience for their products
  • Determines and monitors release goals, prioritization, implementation, and iteration plans for their products according to user value
  • Resolves problems that are escalated during the process
  • Leads large and sometimes highly complex product launches by working with relevant stakeholders to develop launch plans
  • Identifies, reviews, and resolves issues and blockers in partnership with team members that may delay the launch or impede the success of product(s)
