We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to provide end-to-end leadership for complex AI and digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and execution discipline.

• Own program planning, delivery timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple initiatives

• Manage budgets, resourcing, dependencies, and delivery risks

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, AI, business stakeholders, and vendors

• Drive executive and stakeholder communication, including status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates

• Establish and enforce program governance structures, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks

• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical delivery, and operational readiness

• Proactively identify issues, risks, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans

• Ensure consistent execution standards across projects and workstreams

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management for technology, digital, or AI initiatives

• Proven experience managing multi-team and multi-vendor enterprise programs

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience working with Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments preferred

• Experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation programs

• Exposure to governance frameworks, PMO standards, or portfolio management

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
