Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on development expertise and multiple end-to-end implementation experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and enhancement of Problem Investigation (PI) and Remedial Investigation (REI) workflows, ensuring scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance PI and REI workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Perform hands-on development using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Lead and contribute to multiple ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Customize and extend ServiceNow applications while following best practices and platform standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize existing workflows and integrations.
Ensure proper documentation, code quality, and adherence to SDLC and governance standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

Senior-level ServiceNow Developer experience with strong hands-on development skills.
Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
Strong expertise in workflow development, scripting, and platform customization.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow core modules and development best practices.
Ability to work independently and lead development efforts.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Health and Safety module or related capabilities within ServiceNow.
Exposure to enterprise governance, risk, or operational workflows.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or module-specific).
